ASPIRE Employee of the Year

An award open to any employee of any PPA member centre (rather than the owners/ managing director of the business). The winner of this award will have demonstrated outstanding levels of customer service throughout the year, always willing to go beyond management expectations. It is also possible to nominate someone for this award who has displayed initiative to help develop your business, carried out an act of courage or has played a hand’s on role in increasing footfall. This award is for someone who has gone the extra mile for your business.

In your submission please summarises your nominee’s work and background that how they contribute to your businesses success above and beyond the role of an employee and how they "Go the Extra Mile"- Briefly discussing your nominees impact on your business and why they are deserving of this award.

Criteria:

Any employee of any PPA member company that is not a company director/ owner of the business

Required Information:

1. Completed application form
2. Maximum of four pieces of supporting documentation
3. Statement (strictly limited to 1000 words)
