The winner of this award must have opened after 1st January 2009 and before 31st May 2010.
Nominated sites will have built an exceptional play center and will be required to demonstrate good first year trading figures and an improvement in brand awareness since opening. The site should have already established a strong customer base and will have raised the standards of play provision locally.
Customer service and management procedures will be excellent and the winner will need to demonstrate that their site has consistently attained high levels in terms of visitor numbers, spend per head, catering / parties turnover since opening and has raised the bar in terms of the standard of new indoor play venues in the UK.
The judges will be looking for innovative and creative new site that has consistently performed at a high level so nominees will need to demonstrate their sites uniqueness and what makes it stand out from other sites opened since January 2009.
