ASPIRE 2011 Booking Form

Welcome to the booking form for the 2011 PPA ASPIRE Awards. This form will enable you to book yourself a place for the Industry Dinner. This form runs on the basis of 1 per person basis so if you are booking a place for more than one person, please submit a form for each place you wish to book. Once we have received your form, we will be in touch to arrange payment.

The dinner will take place on the 29th September starting with a drinks reception at 7.00pm. Dinner will be at 7.45pm followed by live music.

The dress code for the evening is Lounge Suits (men) and evening wear (ladies) with a "Touch of Midis Gold" theme.

The form does not include bookings for the hotel. The PPA has a number of reccommended hotels near to the venue and has organised preferential rates for our member. Please click here to book a hotel room through the PPA.
